Privacy Policy

Effective / last updated: 2026-06-25

TL;DR

Menu Picker does not send or store the candidates and selections you enter; every pick runs only in your browser.

However, advertising and analytics services such as Google AdSense may use cookies to collect non-personally-identifying information.

1. Information we collect and do not collect

Menu Picker has no sign-up process and does not request or collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details. Food candidates you type into the tools or the category you select are used only within your browser and disappear automatically; they are not sent to or stored on the operator's server.

However, the following information may be generated and collected automatically while you use the website.

2. Use of cookies

Menu Picker may use cookies to provide the service and display advertising. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser to remember visit history and settings.

You can refuse or delete cookie storage in your web browser settings. Note that blocking cookies may limit some features and ad personalization. You can change cookie settings in the settings menu of each browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge and others).

3. Google AdSense and third-party advertising

Menu Picker displays advertising through Google AdSense. Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your prior visits.

4. Analytics tools

To improve the service, we may use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. These tools use cookies to collect anonymized statistics such as pages visited and time on page, and do not identify any specific individual.

5. Data retention and third-party sharing

Because Menu Picker does not directly collect or store your personal information, no separate retention period applies. Automatically collected access information and cookie data are processed and retained according to the policies of the relevant service providers such as Google. Except where required by law, the operator does not sell or arbitrarily provide user information to third parties.

6. Your rights

You have the right to refuse data collection through your browser cookie settings, and you can disable personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. For questions about data handling, contact us using the details below.

7. Children's privacy

Menu Picker is not primarily intended for children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

8. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be revised in response to legal or service changes, and any change will be announced on this page. The effective date will be updated for significant changes.

9. Contact
